There is more of a demand for having dishwashers in homes as a standard as well as off-the-kitchen washing units on the first floor. I commonly see these tucked behind pantry doors or a small room off the side of a downstairs half-bath.

My question is, should all homes you are working to sell be upgraded for both as a better selling point for potential buyers?
